About

A leader who balances strategy with warmth

Based in the Salt Lake City metropolitan area, Sandra Fan has spent over a decade building some of the most trusted rooms in American entrepreneurship. Before launching BMG, she served as Director of the Utah chapter of CEO Space and Club President of its Salt Lake chapter — what she called “summer camp for entrepreneurs” — quickly earning a reputation as one of Utah's most connected networkers.

She believes meaningful business relationships are formed through authentic conversation, not boardrooms alone. Her signature charisma and fearless drive have made her a sought-after host, speaker, and community builder across the American investment and innovation landscape.

The Platform

BMG & BMGX

BMG (Brilliant Minds Group) is a private social club for entrepreneurs and investors, hosting by-invitation-only gatherings for Founders, Serial Entrepreneurs, Disruptors, Innovators, and Philanthropists — what Sandra calls “Agenda-less Gatherings of Abundantly Brilliant, Genuinely Collaborative, and Curiously Inspired Individuals and Minds.”

BMGX (BMG Exit Club) is its members-only tier for founders who have successfully exited a company or are building toward one, redefining Funders & Deals as a national platform through pre-networking brunches, mind-share luncheons, and Think Tank summits at rotating locations. Sandra personally thanks sponsors and partners by name at every event, ensuring each guest leaves feeling valued.
